Welcome to AbideByCulture. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. GENERAL TERMS

By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms.

2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, designs, sizing, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, manufacturing process, or other factors.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or change product details without prior notice.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed, except where permitted by law in cases such as obvious pricing or technical errors.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.

If we discover a pricing, inventory, payment, or technical error affecting your order, we reserve the right to contact you, correct the issue, or cancel and refund the affected order.

4. ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

Processing times are separate from shipping/transit times.

Once an order has been submitted, customers have up to 24 hours to contact us regarding requested order changes or cancellations. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be completed if the order has already entered fulfillment or shipped.

5. SHIPPING

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or otherwise affected because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs or other expenses associated with correcting the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information.

7. LOST, STOLEN & DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be subject to circumstances outside our direct control.

If tracking information shows that a package was successfully delivered but the customer cannot locate it, please first check the surrounding delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a missing package. Subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order, we generally do not provide full replacements for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

At our discretion, we may offer a partial refund or another reasonable resolution after reviewing the situation. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return/Refund Policy, if applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or otherwise required by applicable law to be remedied at our expense.

Items must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in our Return/Refund Policy before a return or refund will be approved.

9. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us promptly and provide your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.

We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy as required by applicable law.

10. PROMOTIONAL CODES, GIVEAWAYS & DISCOUNTS

Discount codes, promotions, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Giveaways may have separate official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, and restrictions. Participation in a giveaway is subject to those rules.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject fraudulent, manipulated, automated, or otherwise invalid promotional or giveaway entries.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, all original content associated with AbideByCulture, including logos, graphics, clothing designs, photographs, product artwork, website content, branding, videos, and written material, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, copy, commercially exploit, or use our protected content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

12. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or services to engage in fraud, violate applicable laws, interfere with the operation or security of the website, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or infringe upon our or another party's intellectual-property rights.

We may restrict access to our services when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
