This Legal Notice governs the use of the Abide By Culture brand, website, digital platforms, products, designs, imagery, content, and associated intellectual property. By accessing, purchasing from, interacting with, or otherwise using any Abide By Culture platform or content, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.

1. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content associated with Abide By Culture, including but not limited to:

Brand names and identifiers
Logos, symbols, and graphics
Original clothing and graphic designs
Artwork and illustrations
Product photography and imagery
Videos and promotional material
Website design and written content
Campaign concepts and creative assets
Packaging designs
Marketing materials
Original slogans, phrases, and other protectable creative works

is owned by, licensed to, or otherwise lawfully used by Abide By Culture and is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing contained on our website, social media accounts, packaging, advertisements, or other platforms grants any person or entity permission to reproduce or commercially exploit our intellectual property unless express written authorization has been provided.

2. PROHIBITED USE

Unless expressly authorized in writing by Abide By Culture, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, imitate, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Abide By Culture materials.

Unauthorized use may include, without limitation, reproducing graphics on merchandise, using product photographs for commercial purposes, impersonating the brand, operating unauthorized storefronts, falsely claiming affiliation with Abide By Culture, or using our content to market competing products.

Where legally appropriate, Abide By Culture reserves the right to pursue available remedies against unauthorized use.

3. COUNTERFEIT & UNAUTHORIZED MERCHANDISE

The unauthorized manufacture, reproduction, sale, distribution, advertisement, or promotion of counterfeit or infringing merchandise associated with Abide By Culture is prohibited.

We reserve the right to report suspected counterfeit listings or infringing material to applicable marketplaces, hosting providers, social media platforms, payment processors, or other relevant service providers and to pursue remedies available under applicable law.

4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you voluntarily tag Abide By Culture, mention the brand, submit photographs or videos to us, participate in a campaign, or otherwise provide content directly to the brand, your content remains subject to your underlying ownership rights.

Any permission for Abide By Culture to repost, advertise with, modify, or otherwise commercially use user-generated content will be governed by applicable law and any permissions, releases, campaign terms, or agreements associated with that content.

Submission of content does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to Abide By Culture unless an applicable written agreement states otherwise.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Abide By Culture makes reasonable efforts to accurately represent its products. However, colors, textures, proportions, and other visual characteristics may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, editing, display settings, manufacturing variations, or the device used to view the product.

Product descriptions, measurements, availability, pricing, and other information may be corrected or updated where permitted by law.

6. ORDERS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of that order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abide By Culture reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, inventory errors, obvious pricing errors, technical issues, resale abuse, or other legitimate business reasons.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, any refund legally owed will be processed through the applicable payment method.

7. FRAUD & ABUSE

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payment disputes, chargeback abuse, attempted exploitation of promotional offers, account misuse, or other deceptive activity may result in cancellation of orders, restriction of future purchases, preservation of relevant transaction records, or other appropriate action.

Nothing in this provision limits a customer's lawful right to dispute a transaction or exercise rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

8. WEBSITE & DIGITAL PLATFORM USE

You agree not to intentionally interfere with the operation or security of Abide By Culture's website or digital services.

Prohibited conduct may include attempting unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introducing malicious code, scraping protected content in violation of applicable law or contractual restrictions, circumventing security controls, or using our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Abide By Culture may rely on third-party providers for services such as payment processing, shipping, website hosting, analytics, advertising, and other business operations.

Those third parties may maintain separate terms and privacy practices. Abide By Culture is not responsible for independent third-party conduct to the extent responsibility may lawfully be excluded.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABIDE BY CULTURE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE, SERVICES, OR PRODUCTS WHERE SUCH LIABILITY MAY LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. NO WAIVER

Failure by Abide By Culture to immediately enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice does not necessarily constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Legal Notice is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where legally permissible.

13. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

Abide By Culture may revise this Legal Notice from time to time. Any revised version may become effective upon publication or on the effective date identified in the updated notice, subject to applicable law.

14. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No purchase, website visit, social media interaction, collaboration inquiry, or other interaction with Abide By Culture grants ownership of or unrestricted rights to the brand's intellectual property.

Where Abide By Culture reasonably believes its legally protected intellectual property has been infringed, it may take appropriate action to protect its rights, including submitting platform infringement reports, requesting removal of infringing material, issuing formal demands, or pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL REPRODUCTION OR USE OF PROTECTED ABIDE BY CULTURE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS PROHIBITED.
